Duration: 60 minutes
0–5 min (5 min) – Introduce an example case illustrating anxiety in clinical practice (save the analysis for the end of the session).
5–20 min (15 min) – Discuss common symptoms and rubrics associated with anxiety, including both mental/emotional and physical concomitants. Explore how to recognize and repertorize subtle expressions of fear, restlessness, and anticipatory tension—especially in virtual settings.
20–40 min (20 min) – Review differential materia medica of key remedies for anxiety, focusing on distinguishing features between major polychrests and lesser-known medicines.
40–50 min (10 min) – Analyze the example case using repertory cross-references and materia medica comparisons.
50–60 min (10 min) – Open Q&A session.
