This patient, whom I hadn’t spoken to in a long time, reached out to me for help with her hip pain that wouldn’t go away despite trying a few remedies from local practitioners after moving across the country. The pain was on the right side and bothered her all the time, including after exercising. Although it would go away a few hours later, it was particularly troublesome at night when she tried to sleep.

She described the pain as deep and sore, making it difficult for her to pinpoint whether it was aching, stabbing, burning, pounding, or throbbing. She had previously tried arnica and some cell salts, and another homeopath had given her pulsatilla, but none of them provided lasting relief.

Additionally, the pain intensified when she laid on the affected side in bed, and she experienced stiffness after exercising.

The patient was amazed at the results. Just one hour after taking Ruda 30C, she said that the pain was completely gone for the first time in over a year. A few months later, she took a dose of Ruda 200C, and since then, she has been doing well.
